We want you to be fully satisfied with your Demonia footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your boots are tested on carpeted surfaces to maintain their pristine condition for eligibility.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Demonia branded box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage to the aesthetic packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping container.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
